About Lucas
Behind the scenes, Lucas is the person helping ensure every day at Element Dental runs smoothly.
As Co-Owner and Practice Manager, Lucas oversees many of the operational aspects of the practice — from patient scheduling and team coordination through to finance, technology and business management. His role allows the clinical team to focus on what they do best, providing exceptional dental care, while ensuring patients receive a seamless experience from their very first phone call through to the completion of treatment.
Lucas has spent many years building businesses centred around exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Outside of dentistry he is the founder of Eventive Photography, a professional photography company trusted by many of Australia's leading organisations and brands — with clients including Ralph Lauren, Vogue Australia, GQ Australia and The Australian Financial Review, as well as photographing well-known public figures, business leaders and Australian Prime Ministers. That same commitment to professionalism, organisation and presentation is reflected in the way Element Dental operates every single day.

Technology is one of Lucas' great passions. He continually works to improve the systems used throughout the practice — from online booking and patient communications through to the tools and workflows that keep the clinical team running at their best.
The result is a practice that feels polished and efficient without ever losing its warmth. Every touchpoint, from your appointment reminder to the ease of your check-in, has been thought about carefully with your experience in mind.
A Creative Eye
Lucas' background in professional photography has shaped the way he thinks about every aspect of the practice. Whether it's the warmth of the reception space, the quality of patient communications or the visual identity of the brand — the standard is always high.
His photographic work has taken him across Australia and around the world, with assignments for some of the most recognised names in media, fashion and business. That eye for detail, timing and presentation carries directly into how Element Dental presents itself to every patient.
From scheduling and team coordination to finance and compliance — Lucas keeps every part of the practice running smoothly so the clinical team can focus entirely on you.

Away from work, Lucas is a keen ice hockey player, an enthusiastic audio and home theatre devotee, and still picks up a camera whenever the opportunity arises.
